Standart hook type machines cause app.4-5min. time loss between two blasting periods since the operator has to wait until the turbines completely stop, open the doors, take the blasted hook out of the machine, push the unblasted hook into the machine, close the doors and wait until the turbines reach 3000rpm. On the other hand, new generation compact hook type machines do not cause any of the time losses listed above, achieving 2,5 times higher productivity compared to standart hook type machines.
Standart askılı makinalarda her iki kumlama işlemi arasında (türbinlerin durması, kapıların açılması, kumlanmış sepetin makinadan çıkarılması, kumlanacak sepetin makinaya sokulması, kapıların kapatılması, türbinlerin 3000D/dk’ya ulaştıktan sonra kumlamaya başlanması nedeniyle) 4-5dk zaman kaybı olur.

Yeni Nesil kompakt askılı makinamızda ise, kumlama odaları merkez eksende 10sn içinde dönerek yer değiştirdiğinden, kayıp zamanlar olmadığından verimliliği standart askılı makinaların 2,5 katıdır.
در دستگاه های استاندارد قلاب دار در هر دو نوع کار بلاستینگ (توقف توربینها، بازشدن درها، بیرون آوردن سبد قطعات از داخل دستگاه، گذاشتن سبد قطعات به داخل دستگاه، بستن درها، رسیدن سرعت توربین ها به 3000 دور بر دقیقه به منظور شروع پرتاب ساچمه) معمولا 4-5 دقیقه زمان از دست میرود. در نسل جدید دستگاه بلاست کمپکت ما، کابینهای بلاستینگ بر روی محور مرکزی خود طی 10 ثانیه چرخیده و جای عوض میکنند، و چون هیچ یک از موارد بالا برای از بین رفتن زمان وجود ندارد، استاندارد بازده این دستگاه 2.5 برابر انواع دیگر است.
