Vertically shotblasted plates are shot free at the exit, which allows less. Space usage at the facility, as well as less energy consumption compared to horizontal machines. Moreover, top turbines can be switched off for shorter plate widths, achieving manufacturing costs & energy savings.

Sac dikey olarak kumlanırken üzerinde kum birikmediğinden yatay makinelere göre hem makine daha az alan kaplar hem de enerji sarfiyatı daha düşüktür. Üstelik, daha dar saclar kumlanırken üst türbinler kapatılabildiğinden, enerji ve işletme maliyetlerinde tasarruf sağlanır.
برای کارخانه هایی که کارشان 80% بلاستینگ ورق و 20% بلاستینگ پروفیل میباشد. وقتی ورق به صورت عمودی بلاست میشود، چون رویش ساچمه جمع نمیشود، به نسبت دستگاه های افقی هم جای کمتری میگیرد هم هزینه انرژی آن کمتر میشود. علاوه بر این، وقتی ورقهای کم عرض تر بلاست میشود، چون نمیتوان توربینهای بالایی را خاموش کرد، هزینه انرژی و کار نیز پایین می یابد.
