Ditaş Doğan Yedek Parça İmalat and Teknik A.Ş. was established in year 1972 for producing steering and suspension system parts such as rod ends, ball joints, drag links, track control arms, torque rods, stabilizer links and V- Torque rods and became operational in year 1978. Today, Ditaş is the biggest OE rod producer in Turkey with a production capacity of seven million eight hundred thousand pieces per annum. DITAŞ, of which the majority of shares is owned by Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş., with its more than 40 years of successful experience has been supplying high quality original products not only to the local but also to the overseas vehicle manufacturers.



DITAŞ, owing to its high quality products, integrated facilities and experience, is protecting its leader position in the Turkey market which is shared also by some of the biggest OE rod producers of the world. It has taken important steps on the way of becoming both a supplier of Genuine OEM Parts and a recognized trade mark in automotive spare part market in the world. 80% of Ditaş domestic OEM production is for commercial vehicles and 15% of it is for passenger cars.



DITAŞ, running its production with about 340 experienced and well trained employees in the facilities located at Niğde on a total area of 155.000 m² of which 20.000 m² is built-up, keeps on providing its high quality products based on its design capability to satisfy the customers’ demand in time, its prototype testing facilities providing simulation under field conditions, its modern and new machinery and equipment pool and its flexibility in the production processes. DITAŞ, a company that carries its operations based on the 6 Sigma Quality management philosophy, has been accredited important certifications such as ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate, , IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Suppliers’ Quality System Certificate and Ford Q1 Quality Certificate and, at the same time, it is an “A” category supplier of the biggest vehicle manufacturers of Turkey.

Ditaş Doğan Yedek Parça İmalat ve Teknik A.Ş. rotbaşı, rotil, rotkolu, salıncak kolu, çeki kolu, stabilizatör kolu ve V çeki kolu gibi araç alt yapı parçalarını üretmek amacı ile 1972 yılında kurulmuş, 1978 yılında faaliyete geçmiş ve günümüzde yıllık 7 milyon 800 bin adetlik üretim kapasitesi ile Türkiye'nin en büyük OE'ye üretim yapan rot üreticisidir. Çoğunluk hisseleri Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş.'ye ait olan DİTAŞ, 40 yılı aşkın başarılı geçmişi ile direksiyon ve süspansiyon sistem parçaları üretiminde, yurtiçine olduğu kadar yurtdışı araç üreticisi firmalara da yüksek kaliteli orijinal ürün sağlamaktadır.



DİTAŞ, aralarında dünyanın en büyük OE rot üreticilerinin de bulunduğu Türkiye pazarında yüksek kaliteli ürünleri, entegre tesisleri ve tecrübesi sayesinde yıllardır liderliğini korumaktadır. Dünya pazarlarında ise hem orijinal ürün tedarikçisi ve hem de yenileme pazarında bilinen bir marka olma yolunda önemli adımlar atmıştır. Türkiye'de ticari araç imalatçılarının rot talebinin % 80'nini, binek araçlarının da % 15'ni karşılamaktadır.



Niğde'de 20.000 m²'si kapalı alan olmak üzere toplam 155.000 m²'lik bir alanda; deneyimli ve eğitimli 340'a yakın çalışanıyla üretim yapmakta olan DİTAŞ, müşteri isteklerini zamanında karşılayan tasarım kabiliyeti, saha şartlarında simüle eden prototip test tesisleri, modern ve yeni makine parkı, esnek üretim prosesleri ile kaliteli hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir. 6 Sigma Kalite Yönetim felsefesiyle çalışan DİTAŞ, ISO 14001 çevre yönetim sistemi sertifikası, IATF 16949:2016 otomotiv tedarikçileri kalite sistemi sertifikası ve Ford Q1 kalite sertifikasına sahiptir ve aynı zamanda Türkiye'nin en büyük araç üreticilerinin "A" sınıfı tedarikçisidir.
