The company was established in 1976 by Feridun Fikri Aydınonat. The main activity of the company is dealing in the trade of spare parts for heavy duty machinery. Our company delivers all sorts of spare parts and initially disks and plates for heavy duty machinery in minimum time.
OUR QUALITY POLICY
Aydınonat Yedek Parça San ve Tic. A.Ş. provides service in terms of the sale and manufacturing of spare parts for heavy machinery and has embraced the principle of a leading organization known for its reliability and quality in its sector.
The basis of the quality policy of our company consists of the provision and manufacturing of products of the desired characteristics and quality within the scope of an understanding of commerce based on trust which prioritizes customer satisfaction.
The primary target of our quality policy is customer satisfaction. We operate with a service understanding which oversees the wishes and needs of the customer through all phases from the supply of a product to its delivery to the final customer. That is why our aim is to reply to the problems and complaints of customers as soon as possible.
One of the main principles of our quality policy is the participatory personnel structure of our company which has adopted a team spirit. Our company which has grown and developed from the culture of a family company to achieve a corporate identity has done so with the best example of teamwork and solidarity executed by its staff since its establishment.
Our top level administration has been diligent to ensure and continue affection, respect and trust with its staff which has been established throughout the years. We are planning to prepare an efficient training program for our staff and enhance their vocational knowhow and skills with seminars, courses and in-house training.
The principle of our Quality Management System which has been established to guide us in the achievement of our targets is to carry out control and continuous improvement works to ensure efficiency and sustainability and provide Quality Management System training to our staff as necessary.

Feridun Fikri Aydınonat tarafından 1976 yılında kurulmuştur. Firmanın ana faaliyet konusu ağır iş makinalarının yedek parça ticaretini yapmaktır. İş makinalarının disk ve pleytleri başta olmak üzere her türlü yedek parça temini firmamız tarafından hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
