PETES is the first manufacturer company in Turkey at Service Equipment sector since 1963.
PETES, started production as a workshop in 4. Levent but then moved its facilities later around the year 1990 to Kemerburgaz due to the rapid increase in production demands and have continued working from there ever since.
Our company, which was established by YUCEISIK Family, started to manufacture hydraulic lifts which were the requirements of that time and manufacture underground fuel tanks for fuel stations in relation to the rapid improvements in petroleum sector. The products manufactured in Kemerburgaz facilities such as two post, four post, six post surface lifts, scissor lifts, hydraulic lifts, lubrication equipment, reels, jacks, compressors, special order load platforms between stories, cranes and truck-mounted mobile lubrication platforms have all been manufactured under the environmental, safety and health policies.
In 1972, PETES started undertaking the production, installment and after sales service for gas stations’ equipment. With the development of the automotive industries, PETES started to supply garage equipment for Renault, Tofaş (Fiat), Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Mazda and many other manufacturers of vehicles in Turkey. Today, PETES carries on its operations efficiently and successfully.
Working together with Renault and Fiat and after new investments in Automotive Industry, PETES manufactured its first surface lifts. With the increasing growth of the industry and market demands, our company started the production of the lubricating equipment line by manufacturing gas, grease pumps and hose reels.
At first, PETES installed the air compressors in 1988 which were previously imported from Italy. Due to the increasing competition in 1990 and afterwards, PETES established a new company named OSE, which served as a distributor to leading European countries. As a result of this, PETES increased its product range and became an important company in supplying all kinds of garage equipment from A to Z.
PETES was qualified to ISO 9001-2000 certificate in 2001. Starting from 1960's and going forward, our company is proud to be a manufacturer of products in international standards with creative studies. PETES, while continuing to adapt to the changing world conditions, the fundamentals of the company has not been changed since the beginning. These principles reflect the company’s integrity, honesty and concern for people’s interests.

1963 yılında Yüceışık ailesi tarafından kurulan PETES MAKİNA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti sınırlarında Otomotiv Servis Ekipmanları konusunda ilk imalatçı olma avantajı ile bugün de sektör liderliğini korumaktadır. 2010 yılı itibariyle Tren, Havacılık ve Endüstriyel Bakım Ekipmanları sektörlerinde de faaliyet göstermeye başlamıştır.
Petes Makina, Kemerburgaz tesislerinde 24540 M2 açık alan üzerindeki 7545 M2 kapalı alanda yaklaşık 180 çalışanı istihdam etmektedir. Üretmekte olduğu ürünlerin arasında iki sütunlu, dört sütunlu, altı sütunlu yüzey liftleri, makas liftleri, hidrolik liftler, mobil kolonlu liftler, yağlama ekipmanları , hortum makaraları, kriko, kompresör ile birlikte özel sipariş üzerine imal edilen yük platformları, çelik konstrüksiyonlar, araç altı sehpa ve benzeri mamuller yer almaktadır.
İmalatın yanı sıra Avrupa menşeili, konusunda başarılı garaj ekipmanlarının ithalat ve dağıtımı, güçlü markaların temsilciliği yapılmaktadır.
Proje bazlı olarak tren kaldırma liftleri, bogi indirme sistemi, plaktorna, fonksiyonel kaldırma (tekerlek ve vagon şasisinden) sistemi, sabit zemin altı vagon/ tren kaldırma, bogi fonksiyonel ve satıhta döndürme sistemlerini yapmaktadır.
54 yıllık tecrübe ve satış sonrası üstün hizmet sayesinde yurtiçi ve yurtdışındaki yoğun rekabete rağmen iç piyasadaki liderliği sürdürmektedir. Bununla birlikte, araştırma ve geliştirme (AR-GE) çalışmalarına önem vererek , TÜBİTAK destekli 2 adet projeyi başarıyla tamamlamıştır.
ISO 9001’ e ilave olarak 2011 yılında çalışmalarına başlanan TS EN ISO 14001:2004 ve OHSAS 18001:2007 kalite yönetim sistemleri, 2012 yılında şirket içinde uygulamaya geçmiş ve belgelendirilmiştir.
